Ever since we start working again on this January, my boss has already prepared another program for an oversea show next February. This time we must perform perfectly, more samples and designs of our furniture products must be well prepared, the people as well as decoration and background; all equipments for the show are to prepare the best as ever.
The preparation of the equipments for the show, or I could say the whole decoration and accessories, my boss instructs me to get the usual show-biz company that has given their service to my company for several times so it makes me easier to get in touch with. I need to get to the place to find out what other new equipments could possibly be useful later.
Inside their showroom, I could see trade show flooring that comes up with various styles and shapes. There are even some new models of printed flooring which could be added with a message or logo to the flooring. Last time, we used the style of natural wood-like pattern and it gave a very artistic look and made the atmosphere in a real convenience. A lot of visitors dropping by gave compliment to our booth.
However, this time my boss considers on using trade show carpet which is provided to be available for us and could add a nice comfortable touch inside the booth. I just wonder whether what color and motive is probably suitable to match the general background and dominant color of our booth. Most carpets available here have single color; it is apparently to avoid distracting the situation of an exhibition or economizing the cost. But if a booth is using a long carpet with certain pattern for example such as wood motive or cloud pattern, I guess the booth will look too much and not comfortable. Maybe some logo mats would work perfectly on a plain light gray carpet for our show later; some mats with special logos of our company or perhaps an image of one of simple model of our samples will precisely look incredible.
I must not forget to get the canopy that was once used by my company; I wonder whether they still keep it because we still have the suitable logo for a big canopy. As my unlucky day, the last year logo canopy is not available anymore; but in exchange, there are plenty of new design canopies and logos could be printed on these canopies. The printing process could be done either by us, the user, or by the show-biz company. As I experienced on the last year show, this canopy worked very great with us.
